Now, more than ever, it is essential for educators to stand up in support of LGBTQ+ youth and to create LGBTQ+ inclusive classrooms. Over the course of 5 days, this challenge will provide you with concrete action items that you can implement immediately to create such a classroom environment for your LGBTQ+ students.

How this Challenge is Organized

Each day of the challenge contains a "Learn More" section, which introduces you to the strategy of the day, followed by a "Take Action" section that has action items for you to implement. Each day's "Learn More" section should take approximately 10-20 minutes to peruse (unless you read some of the optional items included). The time it takes to complete the "Take Action" sections is anticipated to take around the same amount of time (10-20 minutes).
